The rooftop views at this hotel completely blew me away. The hot tub up there was such a nice touch, but I wish it had longer hours. My room felt spacious and had an amazing view of the city. The staff really stood out, especially Fabio. When my dad wasn't feeling well, he personally brought soup to our room and helped me find a nearby pharmacy. Such a genuine, caring gesture. I enjoyed the breakfast spread, but there were times when the trays ran empty during the busy hours, which was frustrating. The location is fantastic—shopping and dining are all within walking distance. It felt very safe too, which put us at ease. The only downside was room service. I had to request it rather than it being automatically provided. I would have enjoyed coming back to a freshly tidied room after a day of exploring. Overall, great atmosphere and friendly staff, just a few things could be tweaked for a better stay.
